A Latin funk-horn band doing Black Sabbath remakes. Take a moment to think about that…

Yeah, you heard me. And it’s cool as SHIT!!

The band is Brownout, from Texas, and they’ve done a tribute to one of their favorite bands when they were kids, Black Sabbath. They’ve released two volumes of Sabbath tunes (see below) and they’ve been touring and playing it live.

Brownout also did another project as a tribute Public Enemy – Fear Of A Brown Planet. Now, I don’t know anything about this music, but I thought it’s very cool that they went back and interpreted all of the beats and programmed stuff into a live band playing it.
